Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, carried out outside the commercial premises, the Customer (if it is qualifiable as "consumer" pursuant to art.1 lett b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products themselves. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for all products that by choice of the customer were personally withdrawn at the Operational headquarters of the N&B True affair Srl simplified. This right is reserved exclusively for natural (consumers) persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and n.
